[Sentoa] Heat Exchangers

I have rebuilt a number of heat exchangers. Pull the end caps and flush with
water to remove debris and check each tube for obstructions. Stand the
exchanger up in a rubber/plastic bucket and pour Muriatic acid through one
end-flip over and do the other end rise thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves and
eye protection and do this in an open area because the fumes are vicious. Go
to NAPA and get o rings and rubber gasket material to recap the ends. Spray
paint with high heat paint. If there is a leak at an elbow a radiator shop
will be glad to solder if you don't have that skill set.
The above instructions were given to me by the owner of a radiator shop and
has served me well over the years.
