[Sentoa] Side Power leaks

When we purchased Seastar in January 06, the Sidepower thruster gears were
corroded. It seems the zinc on the thruster had degraded (during several
months of inactivity). Entire thruster was replaced. The oil reservoir
(above waterline) stays full. Check it frequently now, and replace zincs as
needed. All other zincs were declining, but still working well.
We do have a "zinc saver" that blocks stray inbound current on the ground
wire. It seems to be very effective, as we only replace zincs twice a year.
A couple of other things that work great. The Hypervent pads between
mattresses and v-berth lockers really keep the mattresses dry. The "bilge
buster" that puts ozone into closed areas works really great also. Never a
musty smell anywhere - ever.
