Agree with Ron. There is an unlimited supply of "city" water, far more than your Tug will hold. Read an article by a salvage expert who claimed the #1 cause of dockside sinking is due to failure of a component in a "city" water connection. A little like the cute redhead who lives next door - tempting but just not worth the risk.

Your only fear is if anything happens your boat will sink.In our marina we have had 3 sink do to bad hoses or loose connections.With water tanks you can only loose so much and that is part of the displacement calculations-- city water never runs dry.
