Stephen,
Just a word of caution. The washer/dryer sounds like a convenient addition but there are two issues which you might consider. 1st, they are a bit of a water hog and 2nd, the 110v dryer is very slow. Our travels over the West Coast, SF to Juneau have led us to many laundromats where we've found boat owners with onboard laundry equipment (including Nordic Tug 42 owners) who opt for the laundromat rather than using the on board washer/dryer. The value of the rear portside locker in the NT-37 saloon will become more obvious once it's committed to something else.
If you do opt for installing the W/D, your wire harness may already include the W/D runs to that locker. Check with the factory.

Subject: [Sentoa] Washer / Dryer Installation
NT offers an optional washer dryer, which would normally be installed in the port, aft corner of the salon. My boat did not come with a washer dryer, but we'd like to retro fit one. Has anyone done this? The current cabinet in my salon is too small. Here are my questions for any folks who have installed one:
• How did you enlarge your cabinet? Did you buy one from NT or did you make one or have a local resource build one?
• What model of washer dryer did you use? NT offers a Splendide product. Any comments / recommendations on what model to install would be appreciated
• There is a power supply in my cabinet, but is the wiring of sufficient size / capacity to handle the load of a washer / dryer?
• Water Supply: I note there are two plumbing hose ends in the lazarette on the port side. Did you use those for the water supply for your washer dryer? Or did you splice into other water lines?
• Any other issues to be aware of?
Thanks very much
