[Sentoa] Engine room insulation

Folks,
As any of you with a 15-20 year old NT must have
noticed, our engine room insulation is disintegrating
and turning to dust.

Do you have any ideas for a modern replacement?
Good for sound and temp? Panels? or paint on?
Marine grade? or Home Depot? Fire resistant?
Please advise!
