[Sentoa] Winterizing Plumbing Systems

This will be my first time winterizing Tug'n, our NT37-199, located on Georgian Bay (read - cold winter climate). My question is with regards to the water tank. My plan is to pump the tank dry & use my wet vac to suck all the lines dry; run potable anti-freeze through to the head as there are some parts in its fresh water supply system that you can't vacuum dry. However, I am used to having an access plate to the water tank to wipe it down and dry it out. My questions are:

1) Is there any other procedure you follow to deal the water tank to keep it fresh and in good working order?

2) Has anyone added an access plate so as to facilitate keeping it clean?

Thanks very much
