[Sentoa] Towing a dingy

Does anybody have experience and/or recommendations about towing a ding  
behind a 37' NT?
 
I have a 10' Caribe with a 15 HP Honda. There are D rings for towing with a 
 bridal. I am curious to know how fast one can tow the dingy.
 
Any information would be very helpful.
