Carmine and the group....the rotary stripper was purchased at Ace
Hardware in the tool department ...it is about 3 inches in diameter . has
a 1/4 inch shaft . installs in a drill motor and  is black ...I am not
sure what it is constructed of ..the black disk  is about 1/2 inch wide
and appears to be some sort of an open porous material that is somewhat
abrasive ...I use it with a light touch ..after the bubbling is removed
,I feather out the edges with the 150 paper first ..stay away from the
glass as it WILL  scratch it ..I learned the hard way ...but it removes
the paint right down to the aluminum metal in sort order ...Hope this
