Approximately 14 tugs from 52" to 32" rendezvoused in Charlevoix, MI  
the weekend of June 26th.

Presentations by the fuel guy and the radar guy were informative, but  
had me thinking of giving my the credit card to my wife with strict  
instructions not to allow me to have it until we got home.

Great talk by one of the boat owners on The North Channel and a  
sobering discussion about safety on the Great Lakes.

Then we all had our fuel tanks checked (mine was clean) and the  
Cummins guy worked on boats changing oil, filters, adjusting valves,  
etc.

It was grand to gather together in an especially beautiful setting. We  
met old friends and made new ones.

Charlotte and I put 61 hours on Carrie Rose. The tug reassuringly  
purred along burning a little oil, but what do you want from a twenty  
year old boat.
