[Sentoa] Intro and insurance question

Hello,

Just joined the list a couple of days ago.  Linda and I are retired
sailors; we've jointly decided that our offshore cruising days are
behind us, and are making the jump to trawler life.  We're not owners
yet, but are in negotiations to purchase a NT32.  I expect this deal
will go through, but since I spent a few years as a broker, I'm aware
of the pitfalls ahead and won't count myself as an owner until all the
papers are signed!  We'll be sending in our SENTOA membership
application as soon as we're actually owners.

We moved to New Bern, NC from Annapolis and built our retirement home
about four years ago.  Love it here and can't wait to be able to visit
many of the gunkholes that we can't get to now.  Six feet of draft in
a sailboat is a bit limiting in these parts.  Any NT32 in this area?

I've checked with my auto insurance company and swallowed hard when
they gave me a quote for a new NT32.  Anyone have insurance
recommendations they'd like to share?
