I did it and it works!
I took an electric yard blower and used tape to attach it to a forward port hole. It does take some time to seal off openings and engine vents, etc. I used a garden hose and just looked for the bubbles. Use a grease pencil to mark your leaks while it is wet.

Subject: [Sentoa] Finding Leaks
A few weeks ago there were several posts regarding leaks, where to look, and
how to find them. Recently I remembered reading about a marine repair shop
that used a clever technique to locate leaks that defied every normal
approach.
They closed up the boat and then used tape to seal any big leaks, then used
a shop-vac exhaust to pressurize the inside of the boat. Finally, they
sprayed soapy water on the outside and simply looked for bubbles.
I never tried it, never needed it. It sounds extreme, but before I began
taking the boat apart to do a visual inspection, I'd be tempted to try it.
