[Sentoa] Chartplotter

Thanks for all the input on the backup chartplotter. I do have a lap top on
the boat with the puck and Sea View software and it is great. It is hard to
believe how cheap that software and puck was and yet how much it delivers
not to say anything about how easy it is to use.
