[Sentoa] RIB Chock Height to Preserve Aft View

I had Stef Brooks add 9" to height of his normal cradle and it works perfectly. Can measure it and get back to you next week if you'd like. Essentially the supports would be about 10" higher than the distance from the bottom of the keel to the bottom of the tubes.
