[Sentoa] Engine (Bus) Cabin Heater on 32

I think the engine hot water cabin heater is located under the forward steps to the stateroom. The fan motor has become very noisy and I need to access it to oil or replace the motor.

Who knows exactly where the heat exchanger and motor is located and the easiest way to access it?
