[Sentoa] Hot and cold water

You may be getting cross-flow by leaving a faucet (Including the shower valve) open and controlling the flow by a valve at the spout or at the shower head.

  This past week we experienced a problem with hot and cold water.  All faucets (to include especially the shower) vary the water temperature while in use and without turning the handles.  As one might imagine this is most disconcerting while taking a shower.  Any ideas out there.
