[Sentoa] we hate spiders!

One of my favorite happy hour activities while in Columbus, MS was to go
around the boat at dusk with a flashlight and a can of Raid. The big ones would
be out in the open right in the middle of their webs. Sometimes dozens between
the boat and the walkways and all over the lines. It was fun.

I spray Ortho Home Defense up under the rubrail (and watch the little guys
fall into the water) and make sure to spray the dock lines.
We had an intense spider season last year but very few this year. Now I
know where they went!

Folks,
Fresh water marinas seem to be gathering places
for spiders, not news, but after an afternoon battle
yesterday to evict about 500 of them, i was wondering
if anyone has found any new ways to keep them off
our boats? or old ways?
