[Sentoa] Rudder Leak on 26

Does anyone have any experience with leaking rudder posts?

Mine leaks very little, only while underway. It started about a year ago. The tug is out of the water currently and I removed the packing nut and there is no sign of any packing? I have ordered new packing membrane and will install that.

I can not tell if the corrosion around the tube assembly is from tube leaking or the shaft leaking down onto it? I am considering removing the tube assembly and resealing it with 5200 as well to be safe. Has anyone done this?
