[Sentoa] Heater Craft

Doesn't the Heater Craft unit use engine hot water ?  If so, the fan would 
be controlled from the instrument panel.  Will only blow cold air, unless 
the engine is circulating hot water.  I may be in error on this, as I am a 
couple of thousand miles from the boat right now, and its kind of hard to 
verify much of anything from here.
