[Sentoa] All Chain Rode

On 32-227, we have 300' of 5/16 high-test chain. The weight has not seemed
to be a problem. I am interested in the comment that 300 feet never fouls
though. Perhaps all chain lockers on 32s are not created equal. My locker
barely does hold the 300 feet but,  if I put out more than about 150 feet,
when I go to retrieve it, I have to go below once or twice to push around
the pile of chain in the locker to get it all in.
