[Sentoa] Propane Tank in Stack

This is the standard arrangement on the 26. There should not be a  
large leak from the tanks and while it should  flow down there is  
ample opportunity to dissipate. If there too much to dissipate it will  
leak in the bilge from the rear deck and set off the alarm.
