[Sentoa] Two Way Headsets

I have been on the web and ebay and cannot seem to find headsets so I can
tell/ask the admiral for assistance when docking or anchoring. I would like
a headset that you don't have to push a button to talk and is a true two way
conversation aid. Any suggestions from the group and sources would be
appreciated. Of course we will only use these on the boat because I can hear
the admiral loud and clear around the house.
