We’ve noticed kayaks on top of several Tugs.  We were wondering about techniques and/or equipment used to assist in getting on and off the kayak from the Tug.  Eventually we will be carrying a pair of 14 kayaks on the cabin top, but we think we’ve got that covered.
 
After launching from the beach and enjoying a morning paddle today, we tried (and succeeding, although not gracefully) exiting the kayaks to the swim step.  Several problems came up, but we think Weaver Davits might be a good solution.
 
If you kayak, how do you launch and retrieve from your Tug?
