I have a Noval Kool undercounter frig that is 110/12.  You can order them that way...cost more than just 12v.

  I presently have a norcold that does not work very well - noisy and not very cold.

  I notice Novakool does not have the ac/dc feature. 

  I do not know if that would be a problem since our boat lives on a mooring and not a dock.

  Appreciate any advice.
