[Sentoa] A/C Electrical problem

Ron -- thanks,. I've removed the plug.  You can get to it on  this boat by 
removing the bulkhead panel just outboard of the wheel, gauges  and electrical 
connection podium.  It is necessary, in fact, to swing  back the podium to get 
to the fasteners that hold the bulkhead panel in  place.
 
The white wire, the one that shorted, seems to be, without insulation back  
to where it joins the heavy cable that is laced into the run that leads the  
various electrical destinations. 
 
Replacing everything looks pretty straightforward.  But, I know, that  
stripping back enough cable or something else will make this a day long  job!
