[Sentoa] Condensation behind fridge - also battening down the hatch

Jerry, if you are referring to the hatch over the aft door, ours has brass
holddowns with wingnuts on both sides. In other words the hatch cannot be
opened from the outside. One must unlock the door to get at them. They
work really well, simple and look great also. I have seen them in one of
the myriad of boating catalogs. Would have to scout them up again should
you be interested.
