Terry, the other possibility is that your bow battery is dead. I had
similar characteristics when my house bank died.

The thruster/windless battery is not charging. There is no voltage
reading
at the battery cables when I remove them from the battery. The lack of
volts is
the same when the engine is running or the charger with the generator
running. All other batteries are charging. The thruster and windless
are working
but the battery is down to about 11.75 volts and needs to be charged.

The wiring diagram shows the circuit from both the charger and the
alternator as going through the isolator so I suspect the problem is
in the isolator.
Has any one experienced this problem? Any helpful hints? I know
nothing about
the isolator or how it works.

Any comments would be appreciated.
