The adjustment is on the lower left side of the motor.  Loosen the set  
screw and turn the dial slightly until it parks properly.  I've had  
the same problem with my port windshield wiper and adjusted it over  
and over again.  It will work right until the next time I turn on the  
breaker.  A real PITA!
