[PCW] no more small cat builders?

There are a few small cats that use a passive hydrofoil approch called "Hysucat" (Hydrofoil Supported Catamaran).  It might sound like voodoo, but it works very well to improve efficiency and ride, the ferries that run out the channel islands here is southern california use the foil to great effect. 

Anyway, w.r.t. small 21-23' center consoles.  A number of different companies have producted small center console boats between 5-8m using this approach, some are RIBs, some are traditional style. It seems that they are either constantly renaming the company or can't make a go of it and are selling the molds.  Many years ago the brand name was Stealth (from S.A.) and there was a dealer here in Ventura CA.

Just starting to look for a cat in the 21-23 foot range. Is it possible that all the small cat builders are out of business? I can't get info from any of them.
