[PCW] 47' Kevlacat Catamaran

I have been following this site and searching the web for information
on this boat.  I have been redoing the interior of this boat for the past
several years with the interior of keeping it for myself.  Due to 
circumstances beyond my control I have decided that I will need to sell
her.  I have asked several brokers for input on the value of this boat 
and I keep getting the same run around.  Its unique, from Australia, the 
only one in the US so there are no comps.  The boat is a 1998 47' LOA
2 double state rooms with en suite heads and one double in port aft hull.
Twin 480 Cummins White Diamond diesels with 325 hrs.  I think it has 
a 24' beam.  Is there anyone out there that knows this boat and what
would 
be a reasonable asking price in todays market.  I am planning to try and
sell
by myself.  Also I remember reading some where of a broker who will
list your vessel on Yacht World for a low % commission and you do all the

showing and closing the deal.  Any one know who that is ?????
