Well, this has been interesting... All these 'polite' requests, one after
another, to have someone cancel their subscription, WHEN the instructions in
plain english on how to subscribe/cancel are right in front of them...

If they are trying to make a point, I totally miss it...  But then, I am
capable of reading instructions so I am handicapped...
