Your recommendations  have been great and informative.

Most importantly is the availability of boats not currently on the 
market ( internet ) or are in production that was shared. These came 
from the brokerage community and reinforces the need to have a solid 
broker representing you in the purchase process ( same as my real 
estate industry ).

FYI for those captains needing to move your mate forward on the 
concept of cruising there is a great article in the latest 
PassageMaker Magazine  May/June issue page 97 " A couple's 
Introduction to the Cruising Life" - my wife responded very 
positively to this.

Issue also has a review of the PDQ 41
