[PCW] A different power cat

We  have long wondered about these fast wave-piercing power cats. We usually 
see at  least one every winter east of and between St. Lucia and Martinique.  
They look like a minibus driving on a distant road with no apparent  motion 
other than what looks like 20 knots in 8-10 foot seas.   Fascinating to see such 
speed and stability as we bounce along in our  monohull! We have never seen 
one in port, only underway and some distance  off; they seem to keep well west 
of the coastal shelving.
