[PCW] gas outboards

The gas motor's emit a much more "noxious" odor called carbon monoxide. If I
were going to put a generator on the Prowler with gas outboards, it would be
diesel with its own separate fuel tank. Modern common rail diesels don't smoke
or smell at all. The outboards have a power to weight advantage and a cost
advantage. I like the look of the Prowler, but I would look into Volvo diesels
with composite outdrives as an option, ( can still tilt them up) large
alternators for charging, no dangerous fumes etc.
