[PCW] Cost estimates

There's also a substantial deference between the cost of a Jabsoc electric
head @ $500 builder cost and
a top of the line head hunter jet toilet @ $1600 builder cost. Now let's
figure that spread on the 1000's of  bits and pieces that have to be selected
for a typ. 48,000 lb displacement boat.

To Malcolm's question: I'd be willing to guess it's closer to $20/lb US for a
fully found custom boat.
