[PCW] Why am I getting these emails???

Try this, Jeff.  You should be receiving an email from
the list administrator at the beginning of each month
with the place to go to modify your subscription which
you signed up for.

I have taken the info to modify my subscriptions and
modified it to what I   BELIEVE   may work for you.
