George,
I am an owner of a maryland 37 power cat which I
purchased new from the factory the end of 2005. I find
it amazing that the french manufacturer can spend all
it's time developing new models but can not satisfy
it's existing owners with proper customer service to
repair and or replace factory defects. I would warn
potential buyers to have their purchases surveyed and
checked over by professionals prior to turning over
any dollars to the broker or the factory.
          An unhappy boat owner
