It certainly is hyperbole. Of course it depends on what you mean by
offshore. However no matter how you define offshore I am sure that Nic de
Waal of Tecnicraft Design here in Auckland would dispute any, and all, of
their claims.

I will allow them some leeway as they are using New Zealand sourced surface
drives!
