Found your article interesting on following seas. An excellent  description 
of how following seas effect the vessel.
Reading between the lines it appeared from my perception how important  
seamanship is for long range cruising and enjoyment. Can now see more clearly  
how crew fatigue can hampers one's boating experience.
 
Appreciate you sharing your knowledge and experience. I for one can tell  
you it's been helpful.
