That's the best advice I've heard on the List in a long time.

As a professional observer of the passagemaking scene, I cannot begin 
to count the number people I've encountered over the years who are 
still working on getting their boats ready.

The most difficult part of passagemaking, or any cruising, is leaving the dock.
