I always found the problem to be wind direction and velocity. If the wind is on your bow, no problem. However if it is on your stern and faster than trawler speed, you just don't outrun the diesel odor. -- Jim I take exception to John Marshall's comment re the "uninhabitability" of the cockpit on wet exhaust boats.
