[PUP] PUP contributions

Ron,

Some of the other reasons for lack of usage on PUP.  Some of us already 
out, actively cruising it is difficult and expensive due the bandwidth 
to write. Also it is hard to sit down with the net when water is warm 
and clear. Tend to read the weather, then go out an enjoy!

As to Peter's message to you, I would hope he just missed the point of 
your dry humor.
