[PUP] Paper charts are dead

I'll never buy another one.  All my future boats will be completly
electronic.  I will buy local cruising guides, but I've bought the
last paper chart I'll ever use.

FOR SALE:  A never used stack of Bellingham Chart Printers Seattle to
the Panama Canal 2/3rd sized black and white paper charts.  I paid
