[PUP] PPM Stability

We can say its hopeless to design the perfect PPM, and I agree.

Boats, unlike cars, remain intensely personal machines. Which is why  
these discussions will always get personal.

But this thread has been both entertaining and educational for me.  
There are only a few true experts on the subject, and we've heard some  
of them here. How cool is that?
