[PUP] Caribbean electrical plugs

The last time I went through the Caribbean it was on my sailboat. I
remember pulling into St. Martin and going to one of the large suppliers
to buy and adapter. At that time my requirements were minimal. I only
needed a 120v source to run the battery charger. Now I have some major
power requirements and will be getting into Atlantic waters by early
summer.
I currently have the 2-30 amp 120vac smart Y to get my 240vac
needs. I can handle 50hz so that isn't an issue. I'm wondering about
adapters that I can get and what I should expect. I'm transiting the
canal in June then over to Cartagena for a few month. From there
through the ABC's and then proceed up the island chain.
Any insight as to ordering ahead of time and have someone bring them
down to Panama when they visit or should I just "wing it" and figure it
out along the way? Problem is things get pretty scarce in some areas and
I would like to go into the area fully armed for the conditions.

Thanks,
