[PUP] Cayo Vivarillo

Interesting that the Insurance company didn't allow stop at Cayo Vivarillo,
yet allowed going thru the Miskuitos, where there have been a number of
"incidents".  10 years ago San Andres was a delightul place, but you did have
to check in--no problems.  Provendica was also fine at that time.

We have stopped three times at Cayo Vivarillo, and the first time a Hermit
lived there, and he took very good care of us.  The second time we met up with
some lobsterfisherman out of Honduras, and were very pleasant--visited for
several days.  Third time, no one was there.  Good anchorage, and decent
diving.
