The Foreign Office is correct. Don't detain them on their way to hell - kill
them. It is up to the Captains of her Majesty's warships to follow the policy.
Killing them removes all of the Foreign Office's concerns. Allow them to get
off the vessel they have captured and once they are in their boats, blow them
away. If they do not wish to remove themselves from the captured vessel. I'm
sure that the SBS/Royal Marines are capable of facilitating their departure -
one way or another.

"THE Royal Navy, once the scourge of brigands on the high seas, has been
told by the Foreign Office not to detain pirates because doing so may breach
their human rights.
