[PUP] Fuel

You can get good fuel at Isla Mujeres, Mexico, in the Rio Dulce of
Guatemala, and at Roatan, Honduras.  If you are continuing on to Panama the
only fuel past the Bay Islands of Honduras that I know is at Isla
Providencia and Isla San Andres, Columbia, off the coast of Nicaragua.
There could be fuel in Bluefields, Nicaragua and Limon, Costa Rica but I
have no knowledge.

There is probably fuel at Belize city but I've never been there either.
