[PUP] Emerald Harbor Marina - Seattle

I've been boating in Seattle for over 50 years and I thought I knew most of
the yards but I've never heard of them nor any of their principals. The
fact that their office is at Elliot Bay Marina, a marina that is very strict
about allowing repair work to take place, raises another concern for me.

On the other hand, if Nordhavn recommended them I would feel comfortable.
