[PUP] Voyage interruptus

I would give Peter Pisciotta's list more credance than mine, since he has WAY more experience than I. But here goes my list in order of importance:

1. Unplanned weather (whether you use a weather router or not)
2. Health emergency (I cracked some ribs once when the boat lurched and I wasn't holding on. Not serious but painful)
3. Navigational error

I far as Peter's affinity for coffee, I can personally attest to that as his crewmate for a couple of weeks. But what Peter isn't telling you is that he is a most creative cook. I think he makes the damn finest potato salad afloat!

Health emergency, Navigational error, fire, and
running out of coffee (4 because 'running out of
coffee' and 'health emergency' are almost synonomous).
