Yep, USD.  I have NEVER felt the need to install a hatch on the underside of 
a boat. That's like the sticker on the transfer case of a jeep that say's 
"if you're reading this, turn me over" to funny. And people still get 
suckered into buying them. Jeeps and cats. However, the Jeep has a sticker 
on the dash that says it will turn over in certain circumstances, I wonder 
how many boats you could sell with that warning sticker.
